1.The highest decision-making organ of the WBSA is the WBSA's standing council, the time for every collective prefecture is 5 years; the first standing council is made up of five trustees and one standing councillor, and the five standing trustees will take the duty as chairman of the WBSA for a year in turn during the five-year prefecture; that every standing trustees is also called upon to serve as chairman.

2.The general trustee should be recommended by the standing trustees, who must operate the course pivoting on the standard of the WBSA, the result must be sanctioned by the standing council.

3.Any trustee has the right to participate experiments and generalize the norms or standards of the WBSA, but the right to decide to expand the WBSA's regulations or standards belongs to the standing council.

4.The leader in charge of the head advisory body that WBSA institutes in every country must be a trustee of the WBSA;the leader in charge of the advisory body in the region or city of each country must be at lease the WBSA's business planner.

5.The legal relationship between WBSA and the ensemble business advisory agencies in different counties is the licensed dealership. The relationship between headquarters and the regional agencies is the stock-controlling or licensed dealership, the same relationship exists between the regional and city agencies.
